Welcome to the Indiana University NOC 

The Indiana University Network Operations Center (IU NOC) provides network support for the Indianapolis campus (IUPUI), Bloomington campus (IUB), connections to the eight IU Regional campuses, and IU state wide area network (WAN). IU NOC manages a wide range of services and provides tier-two and three network support for the IU networks. In providing these services, the NOC offers oversight of problem, configuration and change management, network security, performance and policy monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, scheduling, and documentation. The NOC provides a structured environment that effectively coordinates operational activities with all customers and vendors related to the function of the network.
